Tangerine Tango


There is no strict rule as to the ingredients or quantity of each of the ingredient in making juice. I used the following combination to make this juice and it turned out to be the yummiest one by far. 

Recipe:

Tangerines - 8
Carrots - 7
Apples - 2
Pear - 1
Celery sticks - 2 1/2
Beetroot - 1/4
Limes - 2 1/2
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece

Water - 2 1/2 cups



Yields about 64 oz. of juice.
  • Peel tangerines, beetroot, and lime. Alternatively, can squeeze the lime juice manually, in which case peeling is not required. I used the remaining of the ingredients without peeling. 
  • Juice all of the above in a juicer.  I used Omega J8006 juicer.  
  • Once you have run all of the ingredients in the juicer, add water to the pulp and run it one more time. 
Adding salt and pepper is optional.
