Sonal: I am a passionate food blogger and love to create innovative vegetarian dishes. I love to click wonderful pictures of food that I make - as I believe you eat the food first with your eyes! I believe the food that we cook and eat should nourish our mind, body, and soul. I try to bring soul to the recipes that I cook. As someone once said, “A recipe has no soul. You as the cook must bring soul to the recipe”. I have a background in Finance, have my CPA, and am a Finance Professional, by career. Cafe' Mint blog has received many awards including the Food Photo award at the Indian Food Bloggers Awards 2013, the CFO Contest 2014, Sanjeev Kapoor's Dessert of the Month January 2014, a noteworthy mention by Pam Grout - the author of the book E-Squared, and many more nominations. I have been very fortunate to have Cafe' Mint blog admirers in friends, family, and fans from around the world. That itself is one of the biggest awards for me. . Through my passion, creativity, and art that I express here on this blog, I intend to positively touch and inspire the lives of many and in some way make this world a better place.
